Long-term contracts often come with discounted rates compared to short-term hires. What is included in long-term marquee hire? A typical package includes setup and takedown, basic flooring, and lighting. You can also request additional features like heating, air conditioning, seating, and event decor. Do I need planning permission for long-term marquee hire? In some cases, planning permission may be required, especially if the marquee is to be set up for several months or is large in size. It’s important to check with your local authorities or consult with us for more guidance. How do you handle weather conditions in long-term marquee hire? Long-term marquees are designed to withstand various weather conditions. They can be equipped with features like heating, ventilation, and weatherproof flooring to ensure comfort and safety in all seasons. Can a long-term marquee be used as a temporary building? Yes, many businesses use marquees as temporary structures for offices, warehouses, retail spaces, or even classrooms. They can be tailored to specific needs and provide a cost-effective alternative to permanent buildings. Can a marquee be connected to utilities like electricity? Yes, most long-term marquees can be connected to power sources and even internet services.  Can I extend the hire period if needed? In most cases, you can extend your hire period as long as the marquee is available for the extra time. It’s a good idea to discuss potential extensions when arranging the initial hire to ensure availability. Do long-term marquees require specific ground conditions? Marquees can be set up on a variety of surfaces, including grass, gravel, and concrete. However, uneven ground may require levelling or special flooring.
