Do you only provide marquees, or can you help with the full setup?
We offer the complete wedding setup. Alongside marquees, we provide furniture, decor, lighting, catering equipment, bars and lounge areas, plus all the finishing touches that make the space feel personal.
Can you work at any venue?
Yes, we regularly work at private homes, estates, gardens, and partnered venues. Our clearspan structures can be adapted to most spaces, from lawns and courtyards to large open fields.
What sizes of weddings do you cater for?
From small gatherings of 50 guests to large celebrations with 500 or more, we can create layouts that suit your numbers and style.
How far in advance should we book for Spring 2026?
Spring is always a popular season. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates, especially for April and May. Many couples are already reserving their slots for 2026.
Do you provide catering and floristry too?
We don’t provide catering or floristry directly, but we do supply catering tents, ovens, fridges and the full infrastructure that your caterers will need. We’re also happy to work closely with your chosen florist and suppliers to make sure everything comes together smoothly.
Can we personalise the marquee and decor?
Absolutely. Every wedding is unique, and we’ll work with you to design layouts, choose furniture, lighting and decor elements that reflect your style and bring your ideas to life.
What happens with delivery and collection?
We deliver a few days before your wedding on weekdays, giving you time to set up and add your own finishing touches. Collection takes place a few days after, again on weekdays, so everything runs without stress or rush.
Do you provide on-the-day support?
Yes, our experienced team is on site during the build and takedown. For production, lighting or more complex setups, we can provide on-the-day technical support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How far in advance should we book WA Carr & Son for our winter wedding?
We recommend booking 9 to 12 months ahead to secure your date, especially as rustic winter weddings are a growing trend for 2025.
Do you deliver and collect the marquee and furniture?
Yes. We deliver a few days before your event and collect a few days after, giving you time to prepare and enjoy your celebration without stress.
